Leo 500 - The Future of Everything
For this event, I translated a complex vision into an immersive, on-brand environment that aligned with The Leonardo Museum’s mission and audience expectations. Through strategic experience design and cross-functional team leadership, I helped create a seamless guest journey that elevated engagement, sparked connection, and reinforced the museum’s role as a hub for innovation and ideas.
At Leo 500: The Future of Everything, an immersive, future-focused gathering hosted by The Leonardo in March 2025, I served as Production Designer, overseeing the experience from concept through execution—including decor, spatial design, and project management. I also assisted with overall event development, helping shape the vision and flow of the evening. The event brought together influential members of the community—local leaders, museum donors, industry experts, and creatives—for a night of rotating roundtable discussions and connection. Featured speakers included Senator Nate Blouin (clean energy), Laura Briefer (water resources), Dr. Mario Capecchi (genetics), James Brown (aging), and other thought leaders in journalism, homelessness, community organizing, DEI, flight, and justice. I led a large team onsite to ensure the event’s visual and experiential cohesion, crafting an environment that elevated dialogue, inspiration, and lasting impact.
