Role Experience
After seven months as Event Sales and Communication Manager at The Leonardo, I transitioned into the role of Senior Manager of Hospitality Sales and Marketing, where my focus expanded to include customer experience strategy and brand alignment across all guest touchpoints. In this role, I lead a cross-functional team, manage high-value client relationships, and oversee marketing and sales efforts with a strong emphasis on delivering a consistent, elevated brand experience.

I manage a dynamic sales pipeline—qualifying leads, developing tailored proposals, and securing booked business—while ensuring seamless execution for multiple complex events each month. From contract negotiation and invoicing to scheduling and day-of coordination, I approach each project with strategic intent and operational precision.

A key part of my work is improving the customer journey, both online and in person. I use KPI analysis and audience insights to refine messaging, enhance guest engagement, and inform decisions around campaign strategy and experience design. By implementing targeted marketing campaigns across email and social platforms, I’ve increased visibility and contributed to a rise in event bookings—all while helping reinforce the museum’s position as a dynamic, community-centered venue.

Above all, I’ve grown as a leader—mentoring team members, driving alignment across departments, and continuously shaping how our brand is experienced both digitally and during live events.
