Art Meets Fashion + AI

This project allowed me to translate brand partnership goals into a cohesive, on-brand experience from concept to execution. I focused on shaping a high-impact guest journey while ensuring every production detail reinforced the event’s creative identity—bridging strategy with immersive, real-world engagement.

I served as Production Manager and Venue Manager for Art Meets Fashion + AI, an exclusive, immersive runway event presented in partnership between The Leonardo Museum and Art Meets Fashion. The show featured collections from four international designers—SemSem, Any Old Iron, Maison Audmi, and MCDR + Tenu—and four local designers—Akomi, Shelley Felten, Bryan Beyal, and Taylor Smedley—alongside a “Future of Fashion” exhibition highlighting emerging Salt Lake City talent. I helped manage every stage of production, including setup, rehearsals, fittings, hair and makeup, runway execution, and the post-show reception. In addition to managing a large team of fashion show staff, I acted as media and security liaison and was one of two partnership leads. The event hosted over 500 people, including 150 models, 300 VIP guests, full glam and designer teams, security, media, and operations staff.

This is my favorite project that I have worked on to date! I loved how this creative event really celebrated the intersection of art, technology, and fashion.
