This project highlights how I apply brand strategy to elevate audience segmentation and enhance perceived value. By designing a VIP experience and targeted outreach plan, I aimed to deepen guest engagement and deliver a more personalized, premium customer journey.
Following the success of The Leonardo Museum’s 2024 New Year’s Eve celebration, my team and I set out to elevate the 2025 experience by introducing a VIP ticket option. I developed a targeted outreach strategy to engage high-value guests and enhance the event’s exclusivity. This strategy was presented to the executive team, received full approval, and is scheduled for implementation beginning August 2025.
