At The Leonardo Museum, I created and managed a monthly newsletter campaign for the hospitality department to drive engagement and keep guests informed. Each edition featured event staff spotlights, promoted upcoming experiences, announced exclusive discounts, or offered sneak peeks at new offerings. The campaign helped build stronger connections between the department and its audience, resulting in a 26.5% increase in open rates and a 5.1% increase in click-through rates.
